“NYS Mandated Sexual Harassment Prevention Training”

This presentation is graciously co-sponsored by Schwartz Ettenger, PLLC

##NEW YORK STATE MANDATORY SEXUAL HARASSMENT TRAINING

#New York State has recently mandated that all employers, regardless of size, provide their employees a written sexual harassment policy and interactive sexual harassment prevention training on a yearly basis.

Mr. Ettenger will be educating the participants how to properly avoid workplace problems and how to investigate claims of sexual harassment when they occur. This course meets all the requirements of the New York State Law and all employers will be provided with a certificate of completion for attending as well as a NYS Compliant Written Policy for your office.

Topics Include:
• Sexual Harassment Prevention Policies
• Sexual Harassment Training Requirements
• Arbitration of Sexual Harassment Claims
• Non-Disclosure Agreements
• Other Changes in the Law

The NYS Dental Journal (11/18) states that the training for dental practice employees must be completed by October 9, 2019. The training must be interactive, which means either a live presentation or a computer /video presentation of some kind that allows for employees to ask and have questions answered.
