Mr. Mike Apalucci
Mike Apalucci joined Henry Schein Professional Practice Transitions in 2012. Mike had completed seven years at Bank of America Practice Solutions, where he was one of the original four Dental Practice Sales and Purchases/Acquisition-Regional Managers, and had a key role in re-opening dental relationships in thirteen states including New York.

Mike is representing Henry Schein PPT, a transition services and practice consulting firm that specializes in practice valuation, practice sales as well as designing associate and partner relationships.

Gregory Tapfar, Esquire
A partner in the law firm of Danziger & Markhoff LLP and has been representing dentists and other health professionals for over thirty years. He advises health care professionals on all aspects of their business.

Mr. Tapfar is legal counsel to Ninth District Dental Association and the Bronx County Dental Society as well as a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the health law sections of both the NYS Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Tapfar is a frequent speaker to various local dental societies and study groups.
