”Managing Medical Emergencies and Airway Management”
This program is designed for the general practitioner as well as all specialists. Everyone from the first year dental student to veteran about to retire will benefit from this course. Medical Emergencies can happen anywhere: in your office, the gym or home. As a health professional you need to be prepared. Many of our patients are living longer or medicate themselves with unexpected side effects or complications. There’s no simple solution but I will show you how to be proactive and avoid serious complications.
I will demonstrate, through case studies how to manage simple problems to a full cardiac arrest. Some of our patients and neighbors are using sedatives or opioids. We will review how to reverse these agents and utilize a variety of airway adjuncts to stabilize the patient until help arrives. You have taken CPR and other programs. Managing Medical Emergencies and Airway Management pulls it all together.
