Caries management in the private practice does not have to be difficult or complicated. In fact, it can be manageable, fun and rewarding! This course will introduce a simplified approach to caries management. Risk factors that contribute to caries will be identified. Risk management protocols, documentation and clinical results will be discussed. By the end of this lecture, attendees will learn tools that can be implemented immediately.

Pamela Maragliano-Muniz, DMD
Dr. Maragliano-Muniz was a dental hygienist before earning her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and her certificate in Advanced Prosthodontics from UCLA School of Dentistry. She is a faculty member at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and maintains her private practice in Salem, MA. She is an international lecturer and is extensively published. Her passion for prevention has stayed with her throughout her career and in 2010, Dr. Margaliano-Muniz was awarded the 2010 Adult Preventive Care Practice of the Year by the American Dental Association.
